Want to direct, design or manage a show? One Acts are a great way to get started! We are looking for student directors and designers in all tech areas.
Title: Play in a Day
High School students will be divided into groups consisting of a writer, a director (or a writer/director), and actors. Each group will be given a required theme, words, props, and sound effects that they must use to create a short play. Groups will meet on Thursday April 23 to come up with ideas and then will meet again from 9AM-3:30PM on Saturday April 25 to rehearse their shows with designers and run crew. The short plays will be performed at 7:30PM on Saturday, April 25 in the Schottenstein Theater.
This is a really fun way to be creative and collaborative without a ton of commitment.

Rehearsals:
Thursday, April 23 from 3:30-5:00PM Dargusch (writers, directors, and actors only)
Saturday, April 25 from 9:00AM-3:30PM* Schottenstein (all participants)
Performance:
Saturday, April 25 at 7:30PM (call time at 6PM)
*You can opt to bring a lunch on Saturday April 25 or pay a meal fee for a provided lunch.
The participation form is due April 17.
Title: The Day Aliens Attacked Fairfield
Crew starts in December and will meet around 3 times.
Tech and dress rehearsals are on Jan 6-8.
Performance date is Jan 9
Revival Performance is Feb 25
We will be performing this show at Jr Thespian Conference on Feb 27 and 28.
