Middle School Fall Virtual Play
Who can audition: Grades 6-8
Auditions: This year auditions will be conducted on Zoom. There are 3 audition slots: Tuesday, September 8: 5:30-6:30PM, 6:30-7:30PM, 7:30-8:30PM On the audition form, you will be asked to choose what audition slots work for you, and we will try our best to accommodate you. You will be emailed your audition date and time after the audition forms are turned in by Sept 6.
Steps to audition:
1. Complete and submit the audition form by Sept 6, and read the Participation Guidelines.
2. Students DO NOT need to memorize a monologue in order to audition
3. You will receive your 1 hour audition time slot, audition script, and Zoom code by email on Sept 6th.
4. Attend your audition time slot on Sept 8. Make sure there is good lighting so facial expressions can be seen and they are conducted in a quiet room so the student can be heard.
5. Check this website on the Callback List to know if you need to attend callbacks on Sept 9.
6. Check this website on the Cast List page after callbacks.
7. If your name is on the Cast List, please go to the Production Forms page to see the rehearsal calendar and receive important production information. Callbacks:Callbacks will be on Wednesday, September 9 from 5:30-8:00 if needed. The callback list will be posted on this website under the Callbacks tab after auditions are over on Tuesday, Sept 8.
Please note, being on the callback list does not mean you have either been cut from the play or that the student has received a role. It simply means that the student needs further assessment.
